Would a esp trigger frame work well on a Spyder Tl-r for a begginer

Yes, that should work fine and is irrelevant if you're just starting out or not.
Another option is to save the money that you would spend on the ESP trigger frame and sell the TLR and use all that to get a Spyder Imagine or save up a little more for an ION.

But if you get an Ion make sure to get the Trinity Bad Habitz trigger for the Ion its amazing
