HAHAHAA...that made me laugh!!!!! I doubt I will be obtaining one of those low end fad markers. IONS are like YUGOs..they were all cool when they first came out but a year later no one would be caught dead driving them. A timmy is like a truck, able to take the abuse and dish out the punishment on the oposition! MWUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! ;D

Lol...
just like impulses they are loved very much by some people (me) and hated by alot other people (the rest of the world).
but i like the ions alot because they are so capable of being customized.
but my timmy has got my back if my ion EVERY craps out.

your ION will not crap out because unlike a truck it will keep running unless you can manage to screw one up like josh did

I have no choice other to set the timmy down and pick up a shocker, (that shoots very nice i might add) at least until I can get a hand on the re-build kit. I thought Chris was looking into buying a timmy though, which would make his point of argument for this thread to be obsolete.

strange ions > timmys. timmy and regular ion about equal.
for the reason that closed bolt guns put open bolt guns to shame. the downfall of the reg ion is the body however the strange is heavy it is still closed bolt. more accurate && quiet >> point and click timmies are gawdy and long.. off balance and heavy in the back open bolt is poopy.
buy a proto.

ions are pretty crappy but an ion with a black hearts board is a different story. i'd say a reg ion and a defiant are about the same thing. the reg intimdators are just too long and bulkey. so id say an ion with a black hearts boad is basically a timmy

ive never met a person who owned a smart parts gun that worked. (shocker, ion, impulse) they are like making an apple pie from scratch. who the hell wants to go to all that works to bake the pie or take apart the gun 100 times to get it fixed, or rebuild the reg, or peel the apples. but when the pie is made everyone wants a piece. when the gun works, everyone wants to use it.

SMARTS PARTS GUNS ARE ALL GOOD. WHEN THEY WORK. EVERYONE I KNOW WHO HAS OWNED A ANDY AND HIS IMPULSE, BROKEN, ANDY AND HIS ION, BROKEN, SHAWN AND HIS SHOCKER, BROKEN, SHAWN AND HIS SHOCKER AT RED DRAGON TOURNAMENT WITH RAMPING, 50 PT PENALTY, THE RANDOM KID I MET AT A DIE HARD 3 MAN TOURNAMENT WITH HIS YELLOW ION, BROKEN, i dunno, just seems everytime i meet a person with a smart parts gun its in pieces. and if its not the gun, then its your reg. and everyone knows what im talking about when it comes to shocker regs.
